Abstract

In the report, based on the results of the laboratory studies, the course of the serological conflict between mother and foetus, elicited by the sharp increase in titration of anti-RhD antibodies produced by the mother during the second pregnancy has been described. A wide range of serological diagnostic studies of the mother, of the child as well as of the father was performed. The dynamics of the changes in concentration of bilirubin as well as the hematological parameters during the first twelve days after birth of the child were presented. Furthermore, the influence of the applied immunoprophylaxis anti-RhD system was discussed.
