The aim of this paper is presentation of the patients’ opinions about the quality of health resort nursing.

The study took place in 2006 among patients of Health Resort “Tęcza” in Ustka. In the opinion of 2/3 patients, on admission day the nursing personnel showed them interest and kindness. Over a half of the surveyed people stated that nurses did not visit patients in their rooms in order to check their health status. Simultaneously, 66% patients believed that in case of worsening of their health status, they can expect immediate and professional help from nurses. In the opinion of over a half of patients, the quality of nursing in Health Resort “Tęcza” deserved a good mark and in the opinion of over 1/3 – a very good mark. Over 90% of patients were planning to recommend this health resort to their friends.
