Abstract

Ectopic pregnancies constitute 3% of all pregnancies, with the number of ectopic pregnancies constantly growing (4). Cornual pregnancy is one of the most dangerous pregnancies, thus the diagnosis as well as the treatment must be immediate. There are various types of treatment that can be used: pharmacological treatment, surgical treatment or combined treatment. However, none of the above treatments is devoid of drawbacks.

In this paper we describe the course of a failed pharmacological treatment and a subsequent combined treatment of two unruptured ectopic pregnancies located in the left horn of the uterus, in both patients being in their first trimester of pregnancy.
